Agent Workshop for Teens: Perform for a Real Agent and Get Live Feedback
Teens 13–18
Tuesday, November 3
10:30–11:30 AM
What happens in this workshop? Your teen performs a monologue for Victoria Kress, an agent at The Osbrink Agency, and gets feedback right there on the call.
Most young actors never find out what an agent really thought of them. They hear “thanks, we’ll be in touch.” Or nothing at all. So they keep guessing, and keep making the same choices.
This is the opposite of that.
Your teen performs their monologue on Zoom, and Victoria tells them what’s working and what to change, in real time. These are notes from someone whose job is deciding who to represent.
What to bring
A prepared monologue [PLACEHOLDER: time limit, e.g. under 1 minute?]
A quiet room and a good Zoom setup
Your teen walks away knowing how they come across to an agent. That’s feedback most actors wait years to get. And hearing “here’s what I’d change” from a real agent is a big confidence boost.
